Foundation Luchetta
November 1, 2014 / Trieste, Italy -- American Pop Art, Inc. would like to thank The Foundation Luchetta Ota D'Angelo Hrvatin for the incredible work that it does to aid children and families.

Several thousand dollars from our art exhibitions in Trieste and Grado benefitted The Foundation Luchetta Ota D'Angelo Hrvatin, a non-profit organization that aids children who are injured or affected by diseases not treatable in their countries of origin.  For every donation made by visitors, a voucher was provided for a free Illy coffee at Hotel Astoria, conveniently located by Casa Della Musica.

Diana Vachier, Alberto Panizzoli, and the team at American Pop Art, Inc. would like to graciously thank Mr. Fulvio Benvenuti, Illyteca, Mr. Massimiliano Alberti, and Hotel Astoria for their outstanding teamwork as part of this effort.

The mission of The Foundation Luchetta Ota D'Angelo Hrvatin is to provide necessary housing and logistical support during times of crisis and critical decisions, with the goal of ensuring the best possible quality of life.  Since 1994, more than 500 children have stayed at The Foundation Luchetta facilities, which also house the families of small children to guarantee them all the support they need.  The Foundation Luchetta works closely with national and international hospitals.  The Burlo Garofalo Children’s Hospital of Trieste currently serves the largest number of Foundation Luchetta guests.

Over time, The Foundation Luchetta Ota D'Angelo Hrvatin has created numerous support interventions abroad, contributing to the purchase of medicines and medical equipment and the funding of schools, clinics, transportation, and more.  The Foundation Luchetta has also extended its activities to support local families in Italy suffering from extenuating circumstances.
